The gathering

A four-day gathering on Ekskäret for people across the wider IDG community. It offers what few settings can: time, trust and a shared commitment to inner development in service of a thriving world.

It is not a training. There is no fixed curriculum. The group turns its attention to the questions of the moment – where the world is now, where it is heading, what is being asked of us, and how the IDG movement can be of real use.

A central thread is a conversation with Erik Fernholm, co-founder of the IDGs, on inner development and systems change. It is held as a shared inquiry, not a talk from the front of the room.

Who it's for

Anyone who considers themselves an advocate for inner development. No certification or formal affiliation is required. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, get in touch.

Three threads
01

Strengthen the community

Meet advocates from across the IDG community and form new collaborations and partnerships.

02

Bring inner development into context

Bring real questions from your organisation, community or movement, and explore how inner development applies there.

03

Deepen understanding

Explore the story and evolution of the framework and movement, and why inner work can unlock systemic change.

Ways of working: presence with uncertainty, systemic sensing, deep listening, generative dialogue, relational leadership, co-creation, collective inquiry, embodied stewardship, facilitation practice.
